形态特征
最大SCL可达70 cm，体重约30 kg。背甲高耸，呈深褐色，盾片中央有黄色斑点，四肢及头部有黄色鳞片，因此得名黄腿陆龟。
生态习性
栖息于热带雨林和沼泽地带，喜潮湿环境。杂食性，以水果、植物、无脊椎动物及腐肉为食。活动时间多在清晨和傍晚，雨季更为活跃。
