生态习性
半水栖性，栖息于亚马逊盆地的小溪流、沼泽和森林淹没地。以昆虫、蠕虫、甲壳类、植物碎片为食。繁殖与雨季相关，每窝产卵1-3枚，卵呈椭圆形。
